From beginners to seasoned runners, JJRC has something for everyone. We focus on the social side of running, helping our community connect and thrive together. Our weekly schedule includes social runs across Dubai and free coached sessions for those wanting to train for a goal or simply improve their running.

Marina Modays

Join JJRC for a Monday social run at Marina Harbour at 7pm.  Each run wraps up with a coffee or drink, giving you the perfect chance to unwind and take in Dubai’s iconic skyline from every angle.

Wednesdays Matter

On Wednesdays, our coaches Blair and Ed (Dumb & Dumber) lead you through some spicy interval training. This free session is perfect if you're training for a goal—or just looking for a solid workout. Open to all levels, it’s also sponsored by Matter Nutrition, so stick around afterward for some delicious treats!

Friday Social 5KM

The classic JJRC session! This social jog kicks off at the Kite Beach running track, where you'll take in stunning views of the Burj Al Arab along the way. After the run, we all head to Single Fin Cafe for a coffee and a good catch-up—perfect for connecting with the JJRC community

Sunday Run Series

As we gear up for marathon season, we’re offering longer runs on alternating Sundays. Starting from different cafés around Dubai, these runs are perfect for building those steady hours in Zone 2. Keep an eye on WhatsApp and Instagram for all the details.
