JJS RUN CLUB FZ LLC Returns and Exchange Policy

At JJS RUN CLUB FZ LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help! Please read our Returns and Exchange Policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Certain items such as personalized products, intimate apparel, and gift cards may be non-returnable. Please check the product description for details.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@jumeirahjohns.com or throough the contact us section of the website. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please write this number on the package.
3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.
4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided with your RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for return and replacement at no additional cost.
